Executive Director
Ned Looney has been the Executive Director of Caring Hands since July 1, 2016. He is well known in the Southeast Polk community from his decades of service as a Doctor of Naturopathy and pharmacist. An active member of his local church, Ned has a vibrant faith and a desire to utilize his extensive experience in business and non-profit leadership to guide Caring Hands toward continued growth in its ministry of compassion in our community.

Melanie Carlson: "After 30 years of raising kids, I am starting my second career at Secondhand Treasures. I've spent most of my life working retail, on and off, starting with my dad's hardware store when I was in high school. This has truly been a once in a lifetime experience for me."
